We offer WOMEN'S ONLY boot camp classes five days a week.

  • Women's only, full body, high-intensity workouts. Our boot camps are designed for all fitness levels. It's you against you.

  • 6 different class times every week.

  • $99 per month unlimited / $150 for 18 sessions / $12 drop in

Other Classes

  • Power Burn - full body workouts with a focus on cardio resistance

  • Midday HIIT - High-intensity interval training session

  • Lower Body Builder - Focus on legs and glutes

  • AB Attack - Core builder

  • Upper Body Sculpter - Focus on back, chest, shoulders and arms

  • 5 class pass - $55

  • 10 class pass - $100

  • 18 class pass - $150
