Speed & Agility Camp

Athletes ages 7 and up are invited to join By Any Means Fitness at our Speed and Agility Camps. Whether you play football or basketball, soccer or track, trainer Djuan Means can help you take it to the next level. Sessions are $20 and last 45 minutes to one hour. We meet at By Any Means Fitness. The workouts are intense, but athletes love the challenge. Join us Saturday mornings at 11 a.m.
