Workout: 3 Rounds
One arm KB swing - 10 on each arm
Goblet squats - 10
Split squat jumps - 10 on each leg
Chest To Floor push-up taps - 8 taps on each arm
KB High Knees - 15 on each leg
KB rear delt row - 10 on each arm
KB close grip push-ups - 15
Windmill KB swings - 5 on each arm
60 sec rest after you complete each round
