Healthy Lifestyle Pick and Choose Food Guide
This meal plan is designed to help you reach your goals. You have to make changes to get to where you want to be. With this plan, you get to decide what you eat. We guide you by provide options and a template for building out your meal. It’s all about creating a healthy eating lifestyle you can maintain.
Two-Week Customized Plan - $75
This plan is customized to your needs a goals. Every meal is planned out for you. You complete a brief questionnaire, keep a one week food log, and we create a plan based on your responses, tendencies and goals.

A 6-week coaching session includes a 45 minute session weekly or bi-weekly. $270 if paid in full OR $50 per session — paid at time of meeting. We can stop at 6 sessions, or continue the journey as long as your desire. It’s not about solving every problem at week 1. It’s about creating solutions you can consistently manage. That’s the only way to achieve long term change.
Sessions can be in person, over the phone, via Skype or via FaceTime.
