Jordan, our Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist, offers nutrition coaching and meal planning services that address client needs and goals. There's no one right way. It's about finding a healthy diet that works for you, and making it your lifestyle.

Healthy Lifestyle Pick and Choose Food Guide

$25

This meal plan is designed to help you reach your goals. You have to make changes to get to where you want to be. With this plan, you get to decide what you eat. We guide you by provide options and a template for building out your meal. It’s all about creating a healthy eating lifestyle you can maintain.

EXCEL - Macro Calculation + Adjustment

$50/month OR $90 for two months (paid in full)

We calculate your macros based on your goals, and you put your meals together based on those numbers. This gives you the flexibility to design your own plan, but also the accountability that comes with having a coach. Includes weekly check-ins and adjustments. Not recommended for beginners.

The difference between FOCUS and BOOST is that BOOST is for those seeking more variety and freedom with their meals. Every meal falls within your macro calculation, there is more variety with each meal. Every plan is unique, and it’s designed to meet your needs and taste. Includes weekly check-ins.

This one is for the fitness competitors.

We calculate your macros based on your goals, then build a meal plan based on your preferences. Every plan is unique, and it’s designed to meet your needs. Includes weekly check-ins and adjustments, as needed and daily check-ins during peak week.

12-Week Competition Prep - Macros + Adjustments + Workout Plan

$500

This one is for the fitness competitors.

It’s the same as the 12-Week Competition Prep - Macros + Adjustments Plan, but also includes your workouts. We build out your plan, making adjustments as needed along the way.

Includes weekly check-ins and daily check-ins during peak week.

Nutrition Coaching

If you’re finally ready to take a deeper look at what’s stopping you from leading a healthy eating lifestyle and then take the steps necessary to overcome those obstacles, this is for you. For most people, it’s not about following a set meal plan, it’s about changing your relationship with food — physically and mentally. That’s where nutritional coaching comes in.

I’ll work with you to assess your struggles and create a plan with actionable steps to lead you to where you want to be.


A 6-week coaching session includes a 45 minute session weekly or bi-weekly. $270 if paid in full OR $50 per session — paid at time of meeting. We can stop at 6 sessions, or continue the journey as long as your desire. It’s not about solving every problem at week 1. It’s about creating solutions you can consistently manage. That’s the only way to achieve long term change.

Sessions can be in person, over the phone, via Skype or via FaceTime.
